The XIII Workshop on Information Processing and Control (RPIC2009) will take place on September 16-18, 2009, at the Faculty of Engineering, Universidad Nacional de Rosario, in Rosario, Argentina.
The first RPIC Meeting was organized in 1985, with the goal to provide a forum for national researchers working on topics related to Communications, Electronics, Signal Processing and Control, to exchange information among the different research teams, and to stimulate the participation of students in research activities.
Since the first Meeting, the RPIC Workshop has grown into a bi-annual Workshop, with an average of 180 papers that go through a review process by both national and international reviewers. The RPIC Workshops have incorporated the visit of international experts to deliver Plenary Talks and Tutorials, and promote the participation of students through a Best Student Paper Award.
